With our location along one of Stellenbosch’s most popular routes, we recognised the need for a convenient yet exceptional coffee experience that pairs perfectly with outdoor adventures.

This versatile blend has been designed to deliver an outstanding coffee experience, whether you prefer a smooth plunger brew or a high-pressure espresso.
As a seasonal summer venue, with limited indoor seating from May to November, we offer a simple menu of light pastries and café-style items that do not require a full-time chef or full kitchen operation. This allows us to maintain a consistent, efficient service while keeping the Chilli Shed experience relaxed and easy-going.
VIEW MENUThe Chilli Shed is surrounded by flourishing chilli plants, grown to produce our homemade chilli sauces, adding local spice to our culinary offerings.
Interspersed with these are Fynbos and Proteas, enhancing the estate’s natural beauty and supporting biodiversity.
Our garden also grows a variety of herbs and seasonal produce, which we use in our restaurant to provide a true farm-to-table experience.
The Chilli Shed offers an exclusive venue for intimate events, from kitchen teas to baby showers. Nestled in our fynbos and chilli garden, it provides a private, rustic setting for up to four hours.
