Please note that wine is exclusively available for tastings in our Tasting Room, with priority given to those participating in guided wine tasting experiences. Guests wishing to enjoy wine by the bottle or glass are welcome to visit our restaurant, where seating is subject to availability.

Selected by our winemaker and changing with the seasons, this wine offers a first taste of what makes our collection exceptional.
Includes the popular Big Easy Range which pays tribute to golfing legend, Ernie Els, who is known on the course as “The Big Easy” as much for his effortless demeanour as for his big heart and philanthropic efforts.
Includes the multi-award-winning Major Series Cabernet Sauvignon and its Major Merlot counterpart; as well as the exclusive Proprietor’s Range which is considered the winemaker’s expression of the property, consisting of a Red Blend and other inspired vintage-specific varieties.
Experience our current vintage Ernie Els Signature, expertly paired with a Rare Roast Beef, Beetroot Tartare, Crispy Greens & Burnt Aubergine Canapé, followed by a Beetroot, Berry & Black Pepper Palate Cleanser Sorbet.
The tasting concludes with a carefully selected vintage wine from our Vinotèque, showcasing the age-worthy elegance and complexity that define our wines over time.

Exclusive to our Tasting Room, the Grillworks Menu is seasonally curated to showcase a selection of fire-grilled dishes, each inspired by but often given a unique twist on South African traditions, expertly prepared in our dedicated open fire Grillworks area.
Developed as light accompaniments, the dishes are thoughtfully paired to complement our wine tasting experience. We recommend ordering 2-3 dishes to share for the best experience.
