Experience our grillworks in action on our restaurant terrace on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Please be advised that our grillworks weekends are weather dependent and seasonal.

Wesley Aucamp – Head Chef

Chef Wesley's passion for cooking was ignited at a young age when his Lebanese grandmother began including him in the kitchen. Wesley’s career spans from working in 5 star hotel kitchens before spending six years in America working at some of the country's most prestigious private clubs.

America was where he met one of his mentors, French Master Chef Michel Personnaz, who shaped and refined his cooking technique and palate. Most recently, for almost two years, Wesley was the Executive Chef at one of KwaZulu-Natal's best restaurants. Currently, he is in the most exciting chapter of his life thus far - as the Head Chef of Ernie Els Wines.

Having a strong appreciation for the best quality food and wine, Chef Wesley's favourite Ernie Els Wine in the current portfolio is the complex and vivacious Proprietor’s Blend.


Should you cancel your booking no later than 48 hours beforehand, we will gladly refund the full amount.

Child Policy

Regrettably, our winery experience does not cater to a child audience.


Please enjoy taking photographs of our beautiful estate, however please refrain from any flash photography.


Our décor is an integral part of your winery experience and therefore we would prefer not to display any celebratory collateral within the venue i.e. balloons, banners, confetti, etc.

BYO (Bring your own)

Regrettably, we do not allow customers to bring their own wine, beverage or spirits.


Your friendly dog is welcome. Please ensure that they remain on a lead.

Reservations: Deposit

We do require a deposit of R300.00 per person for groups larger than 8 guests to secure your reservation. Deposit paid at the time of booking.

Should payment not be received, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.

All credit card transactions are processed through a 3rd party secure payment gateway. Your credit card details are not seen or stored by us.
