DRY-AGED BEEF
Our Meat is sourced locally and stored on site. The perfect cuts are selected for dry aging. The duration of the dry aging process is a minimum of 35 days, ensuring an optimal dining experience. Once selected, we celebrate live-fire cooking on our especially-imported Grillworks.
